Economic Development Dialog Sat. Sept. 27 Save the date! The first-ever Economic Development Dialog will be held to gather residents and business people for a group "ideation" session centered on how we can advance the prosperity and livelihoods of all Burien residents. More to come-stay tuned!

Classes Offered on Emergency Preparedness The fall session of CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training begins Sept. 11. Emergency professionals train residents, organizations or workplaces in basic emergency preparation and response skills. Classes are held Thursdays, 6-9 pm, in SeaTac. Additional Info...

Seahurst Park to Reopen August 25 The City plans to reopen Seahurst Park to the public at 8 am, Monday, August 25, as the contractor winds up work on the Shoreline Restoration Project.
